Ben: Oh, he said that he was so scared and that he was not going to pass it.

Julia: I’d have expected something like that. What did Michael say?

Ben: Michael said that he had had his exams all previous week and that it was so stressful.

Julia: Poor thing, he must be so tired! And Alex?

Ben: Yes, he said that he was just enjoying himself and that he was never worried before the exam.

Julia: Oh, I see! What about Rod?

Ben: Rod said that she thought it was good to have exams and that sometimes she felt glad that she had done better than she had expected.

Julia: And what did Mary say?

Ben: Mary said that she had just finished maths and had already started revising for her next exams.

Julia: Oh! She’s right as usual! Now let’s get down to studying!
