Here are some ideas from the table and my own suggestions.
Effective Time Management
It is useful to make a daily timetable and set priorities. I also think it is important to start with the most difficult tasks when you are still fresh. Another good idea is to take short breaks, because they help you stay focused.
Effective Study Plan
A good study plan should include regular revision, not only studying before tests. It is also helpful to divide big tasks into smaller parts. I would add that you should study in a quiet place without distractions.
Effective Test Strategy
Before a test, it is important to read the instructions carefully and manage your time well. I think it is useful to answer the easiest questions first and leave difficult ones for later. It is also a good idea to check your answers if you have time.
The most useful idea for me is making a timetable, because it helps me organize my day and do everything on time. The least useful idea is studying for a very long time without breaks, because it makes me tired and less concentrated.
