Work in pairs. Look at the pictures and say what you normally do if you catch a cold. Share your ideas.

• a cup of ginger tea
• a patient sleeping in bed
• a person taking a hot bath
• a bottle of milk, a bar of chocolate and a garlic clove
• a bowl with hot chicken soup
• a teenager gargling his throat

If I catch a cold, I usually drink a cup of ginger tea and have a hot chicken soup. I also try to rest in bed and sleep well. Sometimes I take a hot bath and gargle my throat. I drink warm milk with honey and eat some chocolate to feel better.
