I agree with the statement. Modern people depend too much on technology, because we use smartphones, computers, the Internet, online services and gadgets every day. Technology makes life easier, but sometimes it also makes people lazy and less active.
To become less dependent on technology, people should spend more time outdoors, do sports, read books, communicate face to face and learn to enjoy simple things. It is also important to limit the time spent on phones and social networks.
To live in harmony with nature means to respect the environment, not to waste natural resources and to protect plants, animals and clean air. It also means to choose a healthier and more balanced way of life.
I would prefer a lifestyle that combines modern comfort with a close connection to nature. I think people should use technology wisely, but not let it control their lives.
