Thank you for your letter. I got it yesterday. Sorry I haven’t written for so long. I was very busy getting ready for my exams. I heard you got a new job. How are you getting on? I tried to get through to you on Thursday, but the line was always busy. I hope you’re getting through your first weeks all right.
I’ve already been in London for three weeks. I’ve made a lot of new friends and we’re having a great time together. Unfortunately, last week I caught a cold and felt very bad. I’m just getting over it and I’m feeling better now.
