I don’t fully agree with the statement that Lisa could just as well spend her time in Moscow and do exactly the same things.

On the one hand, Moscow is a big modern city, so Lisa can go shopping, visit museums, meet friends, go to cafés, and enjoy many entertainment options there. In this sense, her daily life in Moscow may be quite active and interesting.

On the other hand, Moscow is not the same as any other place. It has its own atmosphere, history, culture, and opportunities. If Lisa is in another city or country, she can see new places, learn about different traditions, and get new impressions. These experiences are impossible to get in Moscow in exactly the same way.

So, although Lisa can do many similar things in Moscow, she cannot do exactly the same things. The place matters because it changes the experience.
