Dear Mum and Dad,

I’m renting a nice three-bedroom house with two other students. The rent is £60.00 per person per week, which is a bit expensive; however, all the bills are included. The house is in Sebastian Close, Greenstead. It is let as a whole, so we live there together.

The house has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a smoke alarm, a shower, a telephone, an en suite bathroom, a tumble dryer and free wireless Internet. We also had to pay a deposit of £100 per person per year.

It’s a comfortable place, and I think we’ll enjoy living here.
