Would you recommend Natasha to rent this property? Why? / Why not?

Yes, I would recommend Natasha to rent this property if it is in a safe area, close to transport and shops, and the rent is affordable. It would be a good choice if the flat is clean, comfortable, and has all the necessary facilities.

If the property is too expensive, far from the city centre, or in poor condition, I would not recommend it.
