Подробный ответ
- The Goods Shed is a daily farmers’ market in Canterbury.
- There you can buy fruit and vegetables, meat, eggs, cheeses, honey, herbs, wine, cider, cut flowers, garden plants, breads, cakes and pies.
- Farmers’ markets are not much cheaper than supermarkets; in fact, they are about the same price.
- David likes farmers’ markets because the food is fresh, full of vitamins, and shopping there is a real pleasure.
- Farmers’ markets deserve to succeed because they support the local economy and small producers and bring people food straight from the farm.
- The most interesting people are Tom van den Bergh, who sells British cheeses, Simon the Fish, who sells fresh and smoked fish, Ben from Pawley Farm, who sells ciders and juices, Anna, who sells cakes, and Jonny Sandwich, who makes soups, pies and sandwiches.
