I’d like to let my flat in a quiet and safe area. It is a bright and cosy two-bedroom flat on the third floor of a modern building. The flat has a spacious living room, a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom. There is also a small balcony with a nice view of the park.

The flat is fully furnished and in excellent condition. It has central heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and all the necessary appliances. The windows are large, so the rooms are full of natural light.

The building is close to shops, a bus stop, a school and a metro station. It is a perfect place for a family or a working person.
