I think it is impressive and beautiful because the lights make the city look lively and bright. At the same time, it seems a little crowded and noisy, so I would not like to live there all the time. The picture shows how fast and active modern life can be. In my opinion, it is a good example of progress, but people also need some quiet places to relax.
