Team sports: why should we play?
There’s no doubt that most people are aware of the physical benefits of taking part in team sports. But can playing team sports offer us any other benefits?
The answer is, yes. To begin with, it’s a fact that if you exercise, you have more energy and you feel better about yourself. As a member of a girls’ basketball team. I’ve noticed that teenagers who play team sports are more active in general. What I mean is, they have more interests, they do more and they even study more!
I think another important benefit is that when you are in a team and work closely with other people, you learn to со-operate and you improve your social skills. Because you learn to work together with others rather than competing against them, as a member of a team, you tend to make more friends.
As far as I’m concerned, playing a team sport can definitely offer many benefits. But perhaps the best thing about it is the fact that it’s a lot more fun than staying at home!

Why Having a Hobby Is Great

Have you ever thought about why hobbies are so important for young people? In my opinion, having a hobby can make life much more interesting and enjoyable.

To begin with, a hobby helps you relax and feel happier after a busy day at school. For example, reading, drawing or playing a musical instrument can reduce stress and give you more energy.

I think another important benefit is that hobbies help you develop useful skills. What I mean is that you can become more creative, patient and confident. Also, if you join a club or a group, you can make new friends and learn to work with other people.

As far as I’m concerned, every young person should have a hobby. It is not only fun, but also useful for your future.
