Задача

Приведем выдержку из задания из учебника Комарова, Ларионова 11 класс, Русское слово: Speaking
A Many fish in our seas are endangered because of overfishing. Here are some suggestions for dealing with the problem. Which solutions do you think would be best?
Government choose to do nothing to protect endangered fish
200 fish farms created as alternative to fishing
Fish threatened with extinction
Fishing banned for five years
Fish to be protected in new marine sanctuaries
B 33 Listen to two students talking about the problem. Which two solutions do they talk about?
HELPFUL HINTS
Whenever you express your opinion, give your reasons for it.
Remember! The discussion is not only about your opinion. Listen and react to your partner’s opinion too.
Текст аудирования:
Boy: I think this is a good idea, actually. That’s because I think it will give time for the fish to live without any dangers. If the fish are safe for a few years, their numbers will increase.
Girl: Well, I see what you mean, but I’m not sure I agree with you. You see, lots of fishermen will lose their jobs if that happens. So I think this solution here is better. If we make some safe areas where fish are protected, that means fishermen can continue to work in other parts of the sea. That way, the fish won’t become extinct, and fishermen won’t lose their jobs.
Boy: Hmm, I understand what you’re getting at. But since you can’t really stop fish going in and out of that protected area, I don’t think it will work. What do you think about this idea here …
C 33 Now listen again. Note down the expressions from the Language chunks box that the speakers use.
