Isn’t it time we started caring about what we eat? This is the question that the documentary film maker, Morgan Spurlock, asked himself before making Super Size Me. The film, 1) which shocked audiences worldwide when it came out in 2004, documents Spurlock’s life for 30 days on a diet of junk food. Horrified at the obesity 2) rate in the USA. Spurlock, who generally 3) leads a healthy life, decides he will start eating lire diet of the average American in the USA. For 30 days he will eat a diet of high fat burgers, fries, milkshakes and fizzy drinks, all of which are 4) high in calories and lacking in nutrition.
