1. The people are complaining about different everyday problems: noise, bad service, delays, uncomfortable conditions, and other inconveniences.
2. They express their complaints politely or directly, for example:

- I’m not happy about …
- This is terrible.
- Could you please …?
3. The conversations take place in different everyday situations, such as at home, in a shop, in a café, on public transport, or in another public place.
