1) Russia is special because it is the largest country in the world and it lies in both Europe and Asia. It has a very long coastline and borders many countries and seas.

2) Yes, some of the landscapes can be found in Russia. For example, forests, plains, mountains, tundra, steppes and taiga are all typical of different parts of Russia. Mountains are found in the Caucasus, the Urals, Altai and Kamchatka. Tundra is in the north, steppes are in the south, and forests and plains are widespread in the central and northern parts of the country.

3) The landscape typical of my region is the steppe.
