Подробный ответ

1) I was shocked to read that many teenagers have drinking problems, that some American children run away from home every day, and that children die in America every day. It is awful to learn about such facts.

2) Young people may break the law by drinking, taking drugs, stealing, fighting, or running away from home. It causes family problems, violence, aggressiveness, cruelty, and drug addiction.

3) In these cases, the rights to protection, care, education, and a safe life are often ignored. According to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, every child has the right to be protected from violence, abuse, and neglect, and the right to family care and education.

4) In my country, mass media usually show teenagers as active, modern, and interested in study, sport, music, and social networks. At the same time, they also report about problems such as smoking, drinking, and conflicts with parents.

5) In my opinion, young people worry about their future, school results, relationships with parents and friends, and the chance to be independent. Teenagers want to enjoy life, express their individuality, do well at school, earn money, and be taken seriously. I think these problems are serious and important, and adults, parents, teachers, and the Government can help by talking to teenagers, caring about them, and giving them more rights and support.
