2) Compare the privileges which the governments of the two countries provide for their disabled war veterans
On the whole, disabled war veterans in Russia get more privileges than in Germany. In Russia they have free medical care, reduced payments for housing and utilities, free accommodation in a health resort and free travel once a year. In Germany, by contrast, there are fewer privileges, and many services are only provided at a reduced price. In many ways, the Russian system is more generous. In this country, disabled veterans are better protected and supported by the government.
3) What do you think about this reform?
I think this reform is necessary and fair if it really helps disabled war veterans and other people in need. The government should support them and make their lives easier. At the same time, the help must be enough and available to those who need it most.
