Group 1: I think there are a lot of disadvantages in the health care systems of our country, Great Britain and the USA. First of all, medical care is often expensive, and not everyone can afford it. In some cases, people have to wait a long time to see a doctor or get treatment. Besides, the quality of medical services is not always the same everywhere.

Group 2: I partly agree with you, but in spite of these disadvantages there are some advantages, too. For example, in many countries people can get qualified help from well-trained doctors. Modern hospitals have good equipment, and serious diseases can be treated successfully. Also, in some systems people are protected by insurance or the state.

Group 1: Yes, but even with insurance, patients often have to pay a lot of money for medicines and special treatment.

Group 2: That is true, but free emergency help and preventive care are important advantages. So, every health care system has both weak and strong points.
