Britain and Russia have public medical systems, while in the USA healthcare is mostly private. In Britain, treatment is free at the point of use, and in Russia many services are also free in state clinics. In the USA, people often need health insurance to pay for medical care. So, the British and Russian systems are more similar to each other, while the American system is different.
