A. One beautiful building I have once seen is St. Isaac’s Cathedral in St. Petersburg. It is situated in the centre of the city and is one of the most famous cathedrals in Russia. It is a huge building with a very high dome and many columns. The cathedral belongs to the classical architectural style. It is made of stone and decorated with granite, marble and gold. One of its most specific features is its impressive colonnade and richly decorated interior. Inside, there are beautiful mosaics, paintings and sculptures. The cathedral made a strong impression on me because it looks majestic and grand.

B. My dream house would be a modern two-storey house in a quiet green area near a lake. It would be spacious, bright and comfortable. I would like it to have large windows, a big living room, a cosy bedroom, a study and a beautiful kitchen. The house would be built of wood and glass, with a terrace and a small garden. Inside, it would be decorated in light colours and filled with natural light. I would like to live there because it would be peaceful, warm and very comfortable.
