Judging attitude
To judge a person’s attitude, we need to listen carefully to
• the 1) words they use, e.g. do any of the words or phrases sound positive or negative?
• the 2) pitch, speed and volume of their voice, e.g. if a person is feeling very emotional, he/she is likely to speak more 3) quickly and more loudly, with a higher pitch.
