Friends and family are both important, but they are different. Family members are connected by blood or marriage, so this relationship is permanent. Friends are people we choose to spend time with because we enjoy their company and share common interests. Family usually knows us very well and supports us no matter what, while friends often understand us in a different way and help us feel free and relaxed. Friends can come and go, but family is always there for us.
