Dialogue

Adam: Miss Yates, I’m really sorry for what I did. I know I was rude and disrespectful.

Miss Yates: Adam, I’m very disappointed. Your behaviour was completely unacceptable.

Adam: I understand that. I shouldn’t have spoken to you like that. It was wrong.

Miss Yates: It was not only wrong, it was outrageous. I was shocked by your attitude.

Adam: I know, and I feel terrible about it. Please accept my apology. It won’t happen again.

Miss Yates: I hope so. An apology is important, but you must also show respect in future.

Adam: You’re right. I’ll do my best to make sure this never happens again.
