If the whole world were listening to me, I would tell them that human rights are the foundation of a fair and peaceful society. Every person should be treated with dignity, respect, and equality, no matter where they come from, what they believe, or how they live.

I would also say that human rights are not just words in a document. They must be protected every day by governments, schools, communities, and ordinary people. We should stand up against discrimination, violence, and injustice, and help those whose rights are being ignored.

Human rights belong to everyone, and it is our responsibility to defend them.
