Proposal for the City Council

We would like to suggest some ways to improve conditions in our shanty town.

First, the housing should be made safer and stronger. The city council could help build better homes with proper roofs, walls and floors. It would also be useful to repair damaged houses and provide electricity.

Second, sanitation needs to be improved. We need clean water, more toilets and regular rubbish collection. This would help prevent disease and make the area healthier.

Finally, more services should be available for local people. For example, we need a clinic, a school and public transport. It would also be good to have street lighting and places for children to play.

We hope the city council will consider these suggestions and help make our shanty town a safer and better place to live.
