2 I suggest that pop concerts be held in the park in the summer so that there is something to interest teenagers too.

3 For example, some of the windows on the first floor are cracked. In addition, the whole building badly needs repainting.

4 The entrance hall also needs improving, because of the old-fashioned decor and poor lighting.

5 We should repaint the community centre in a more modern style to encourage more young people to participate in activities.
