Ethnic Groups in Our Country

Our country is home to many different ethnic groups, and this makes our culture rich and interesting. The largest group is the ethnic majority, but there are also many minorities such as Tatars, Bashkirs, Chechens, Armenians, Ukrainians, and others.

Some of these groups have lived here for centuries. Others came more recently because of work, education, trade, or historical events. For example, many people moved to different regions during the Soviet period, while some families came after wars or economic changes.

Each ethnic group has its own traditions, language, food, and holidays. Together, they help create a multicultural society where people can learn from one another and live in peace.

It is important to respect all ethnic groups and preserve their cultural heritage.
