Josh: Hey, Annie, is that you? I thought you were at university!

Annie: Oh, hi, Josh! Yes, it’s me. 1) F I’ve just come home for the weekend.

Josh: Oh, great! How are you finding student life?

Annie: Oh, Josh, I’m absolutely loving it! 2) B It’s so great living in student accommodation, and I’m really enjoying my course, too.

Josh: That’s really cool! What are you studying again?

Annie: 3) D I’m doing a degree in history and political science. The lectures and seminars are really interesting.

Josh: That’s good.

Annie: 4) E It’s hard to keep up with writing all the essays, though. Still, they have to be done.

Josh: I can imagine! But it definitely wouldn’t be for me!

Annie: 5) C Well, we’re all different, aren’t we? So, tell me, what are your plans?

Josh: I’ve decided to become an electrician and I’ve started an apprenticeship. It’s going really well.

Annie: 6) A Oh, good for you! That’s great!

Josh: Yes, thanks. I’m really happy. The course is practical, but you study lots of theory, too. I miss the guys who went to university.

Annie: 7) G Well, you can come and stay with me whenever you like. My flatmates won’t mind. They’re great!

Josh: Thanks, Annie! I might just do that!
