THINK! What does the saying mean to you? Discuss.

Green Wisdom

It is our responsibilities, not ourselves, that we should take seriously.
(Peter Ustinov, British actor, director and goodwill ambassador for UNICEF)

The saying means that we should take our duties and responsibilities seriously, because they affect other people and the world around us. It reminds us to be responsible, reliable, and thoughtful instead of being selfish or careless.
