I am writing to complain about the poor service I received at your hotel last weekend.

When I arrived, my room was not ready, although I had booked it in advance. In addition, the room was not clean and the air conditioning did not work properly. I also had to wait a long time for breakfast, and the staff were not very helpful.

I am very disappointed with my stay and I would like you to look into this matter. I hope you will improve your service in the future.
