Nowadays people have different opinions about medical care. Some believe that it should be free for everyone, while others think that people should pay for the services they use.

In my opinion, basic medical care should be free. Health is one of the most important things in life, and everyone should have access to treatment, no matter how much money they have. If medical help is too expensive, poor people may avoid going to the doctor and their condition may become worse. Free medical care also helps society as a whole because it prevents serious diseases and saves lives.

However, some people think that if medical services are free, patients may use them carelessly and doctors will be overloaded. They also say that paying for treatment can improve its quality. I do not fully agree with this view because the government can control the system and make sure that people use it responsibly.

To sum up, I believe that basic medical care should be free, because everyone deserves the chance to stay healthy and receive help when they need it.
