Dear Amy,

Thanks for your letter. I’m glad to hear that your new neighbours are so friendly. I get on well with most of my neighbours, and we often say hello when we meet. There isn’t really anyone in my street I don’t like, but some people are a bit noisy sometimes. I think a good neighbour should be polite, helpful and respectful.

It’s great that you’ve been helping your dad in the garden. What kind of plants are you growing? Do you enjoy gardening? How often do you help him?
