Nowadays, many people are concerned about the environmental impact of air travel. Flying uses a lot of fuel and produces a large amount of carbon dioxide, so some people believe that the number of flights each person can take every year should be limited.

In my opinion, this idea is reasonable, because air travel has a serious effect on the environment. First of all, planes burn huge amounts of fuel, which increases air pollution and contributes to global warming. Secondly, limiting unnecessary flights could encourage people to choose more eco-friendly forms of transport, such as trains or buses. Finally, if people travelled by plane less often, they might think more carefully about whether a trip is really necessary.

However, some people disagree with this view. They say that flying is often the fastest and most convenient way to travel, especially for long distances. In addition, many people depend on air travel for work, family visits or emergencies. They also argue that limiting flights could harm tourism and the economy.

I do not fully agree with this opposing opinion. Although air travel is important, not every flight is essential. Business meetings can often be held online, and many short trips can be replaced by other means of transport. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of flights without causing serious problems.

To sum up, I believe that limiting the number of flights per year is a good idea. It would help protect the environment and make people more responsible about their travel choices.
