Richard: I say, it’s a very nice morning.
Margaret: Oh, yes, it is. It’s warm and sunny.
Richard: I think it is going to be very hot in the afternoon.
Margaret: I think so too. The children say they’d like to swim in the lake.
Richard: John and Sally will enjoy swimming on a hot day like this.

Dialogue 2
Sally: Are we going to make sandwiches or pizza, mum?
Margaret: We’ll make a lot of sandwiches and some salad.
Sally: What sandwiches, mum?
Margaret: I’d like to make chicken, ham and cheese sandwiches, dear.
Sally: Good! Cheese and tomato sandwiches are my favoutite.

Dialogue 3
Richard: Here we are. This is a nice place. John, take the bags and put them under the tree.
John: Yes, dad. But I’d like to swim in the lake now. It’s very hot!
Richard: I know. Look, Sally is helping mother. Be a good boy and help her too. You can swim a little later.
John: OK. Are we going to play badminton?
Richard: Yes, dear, and football too.
