Jim: Yes, it’s big and nice. Oh, Mum there is a new computer and many books on the shelves.
Mother: Very good! Is it warm in the room?
Jim: Yes, there is a big fireplace in the corner.
Mother: What’s the weather like today?
Jim: It’s warm and sunny. We’ll have a picnic in an hour with Jill, Simon and his Granny.
Mother: Have a good time, dear!
