Gwen: Oh, hi Barry. What’s up?
Barry: Well, I’m going to go to Wales next week and I’m going to stay in Rhyl — your home town! Can you tell me how much the train costs?
Gwen: About 50 pounds I think.
Barry: 50 pounds OK, that’s not bad. I’m going to stay at the Beach Hotel. Do you know it?
Gwen: The Beach Hotel? Oh yes, I know it really well!
Barry: Really? What’s it like?
Gwen: Well it’s quite an old hotel — it’s one of the oldest in Rhyl, but don’t worry, it’s very nice!
Barry: Oh good.
Gwen: Say hello to Mr. Rhys, the owner for me.
Barry: Rhys? How do you spell that?
Gwen: RHYS.
Barry: OK! One more thing, I know it’s summer, but do you think I need to take a jacket with me?
Gwen: Definitely! The weather’s usually good, but in the evenings it gets quite windy.
Barry: Right, well thanks for your help. See you in two weeks!
Gwen: No problem. You’re going to have a great time, I’m sure.
