I’d like to speak about my trip to the north of Russia last summer. My friend and I decided to visit some old Russian towns in the north. The first place to visit was Arkhangelsk, situated on the White Sea. We went there by train and stayed in a small hotel. We spent two days in Arkhangelsk, visited the city museum and took a lot of pictures. The forests near Arkhangelsk are very beautiful, the sea is cold and dark grey but it’s beauti¬ful too. The people in the city are friendly and warm. My friend says he would like to go there again some day.
