Упр.11 Юнит 1 Рабочая тетрадь ГДЗ Rainbow English 5 класс

• Work in pairs. One of you is from Moscow, the other is from London. Talk about autumn in these places. Discuss:
  • usual weather in early autumn;
  • usual weather in late autumn;
  • cold, warm, hot, rainy, cloudy, nasty days;
  • walks and games in the parks and gardens;
  • autumn — a wonderful season.

Moscow: Autumn in Moscow is usually cool and rainy in early autumn. It is often cloudy, but sometimes it is warm and sunny.

London: In London, early autumn is also rather warm and pleasant, but it can be rainy and cloudy too.

Moscow: In late autumn the weather gets cold and nasty. There are many rainy and windy days.

London: Late autumn in London is usually wet and chilly. It is not very warm, and the days are often cloudy.

Moscow: In autumn people can still walk in parks and gardens, but they do not play much outside when it is cold and rainy.

London: Yes, but autumn is a wonderful season. The trees are beautiful, and it is nice to walk in the parks and gardens.
