Упр.12 Юнит 5 Рабочая тетрадь ГДЗ Rainbow English 5 класс

1. Speak about the place where you live. Say:
   • in what part of the country it is situated;
   • how large the place is;
   • how many cinemas, theatres, museums, picture galleries it has got;
   • what forests, rivers, mountains are situated around/near it;
   • how old the place is;
   • what the weather is like in this place in different seasons;
   • what you like/dislike in the place where you live.

I live in a small town in the north of Russia. It is not very large, but it is a nice and cosy place. There are two cinemas, one theatre and a small museum in our town. There are no picture galleries here.

There are beautiful forests and a river near the town. There are no mountains around it. Our town is quite old: it is more than 200 years old.

In winter it is cold and snowy here. In spring the weather is changeable and rainy. Summer is usually warm and sunny, and autumn is cool and windy.

I like the quiet streets, the fresh air and the beautiful nature around my town. I dislike the long and cold winters.
