Разбор

Say и tell обычно переводятся как «сказать», но tell употребляется с дополнением: tell me, tell us, tell them. Say чаще используется без прямого дополнения или с придаточным предложением.

Said и told — формы прошедшего времени. Told тоже требует дополнения, а said часто стоит перед сообщением без адресата.
