My family and I think that keeping fit is very important. We like staying outdoors because fresh air is good for our health. We try to keep to a diet of fruit and vegetables, because they are healthy and tasty. We think that drinking a lot of coffee is not good for children, so we do not do it.

We enjoy doing sports. We like swimming, cycling, running and doing morning exercises. We also think that skating, skiing and roller skating are fun in winter. Some of us like playing tennis, ping-pong, basketball, volleyball and football. These games help us stay strong and active.

In our family, we believe that sport and healthy food are the best way to keep fit.
