Lada: Hi, Nelly. How’s your new flat?
Nelly: It’s pretty cool.
Lada: That’s great! What’s it like?
Nelly: Well, it’s really big.
Lada: How many rooms has it got?
Nelly: It’s got a large living room, a modern kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and there’s a big balcony at the front.
Lada: Really! What’s your room like?
Nelly: Well, it’s the smallest bedroom but it’s really cosy. It’s perfect for me!
Lada: What floor is it on?
Nelly: It’s on the fifth floor so it’s got a great view of the city.
Lada: Wow! It sounds amazing. Where is it? Is it far from the city centre?
Nelly: It’s near the train station so not that far and it’s in a really nice area.
Lada: You’re so lucky!
