Текст для аудирования:
Maria (Venezuela): For me, Christmas Day is very important because I spend the whole day with my family. We have dinner together and exchange presents. Last Christmas I was with my aunt and uncle in Cara¬cas because I was looking after my little cousin while they were working.
During the night we were dancing to modern music. After midnight we wished each other Merry Christmas and kissed each other. Then we opened the presents.
Victoria (Russia): My mother’s birthday is on December 31st, and all the family gather on that day. Last year my sister and I decided to surprise our Mum. On December 30th, at night, we began decorating the kitchen. We worked all night. We were working, listening to music and laughing a lot. When we finished, we were very tired. Next morning when our Mum saw the results, she was surprised and happy. On December 31st, we cooked dinner for the New Year’s party and my Mum’s birthday in the new kitchen.
