Here is a possible plan for a new resort:
- Build the fishing port next to the sea.
- Build the airport near the main road, but not too close to the houses.
- Build the large tourist hotel near the beach.
- Build the large school in the centre of the resort.
- Build the three small schools in different parts of the resort, near the houses.
- Build the large hospital near the centre, so people can get there easily.
- Build the small hospital in the north part of the resort.
- Build the new road across the resort to connect all the places.
