Traci: Hi! My name’s Traci. I live in Hawaii. Hawaii is made up of eight islands in the Pacific Ocean. There are lots of volcanoes in Hawaii. Hawaii is warm and sunny all year round. The farmers grow pineapples, rice and sugar cane. My home is near the beach. I can pick avocadoes, mangoes and orchids in my garden. I love mangoes! I like water sports. My favourite sports are swimming and surfing.
Glenn: My name’s Glenn. I live in Alaska. Alaska is in north west America next to Canada. I live in a small town m Alaska. Sometimes I see bears and wolves near my home. Alaska has long cold winters but I like it because I can go crosscountry skiing. It’s my favourite sport. In :ne summer, the days are very long. I sometimes go fishing in the summer. The water in the rivers is very oean You can catch salmon.
