Robinson Crusoe was a sailor. He sailed to sea and there was a storm. His ship sank and he swam to an island. He lived there alone for many years. He built a house, found food and made clothes. He also kept a diary. One day he saw a footprint in the sand. Later he met Friday and saved him from the cannibals. They became friends and lived on the island together.
