2. In a pancake race, people run while holding a frying pan with a pancake in it and try to finish the race without dropping the pancake.
3. A pancake race is difficult because you have to run fast and at the same time keep the pancake in the pan.
4. I find it interesting that pancake celebrations can be different in different countries and that people even have races with pancakes.
