Reading and writing 5. Make a submarine. Fill in the gaps with the words:

fill, cut, put, a plastic straw, a small plastic bottle, plasticine

4. ___ the “submarine” in the bottle of water.

Fill the bottle right up to the top. You must not have any air in the bottle. Put the top on and screw it right. When you squeeze the bottle, the “submarine” will sink. When you let go, the “submarine” will go up. Do you know why?
