Can you sort these two recipes out?

Californian salad

You need: apples, melon, cream cheese, strawberries, lettuce.

After that put the fruit on the lettuce leaves.

Finally put some cream cheese in the middle of the plate.

Then cut the fruit into pieces.

Then put lettuce leaves round the plate.

First wash all the fruit.

Chocolate truffles

Then add the icing sugar and cocoa powder.

Put the balls in the fridge for an hour.

Roll the balls in chocolate bits.

After that roll it into balls.

First mix the cheese and milk together.

You need: 75 g cream cheese, 1 teaspoon milk, 100 g icing sugar, 100 g cocoa powder, chocolate bits.
